The first one broke his leg, and he still played for all that time after

noooo there’s not Shea Weber vs Joel Erickson Ek. Dude stoped 3 times his slap in like 1 min.

In 2013 Patrice Bergeron played a playoff game after getting injured the game before. He broke his rib and tore rib cartilage, separated his shoulder and punctured a lung. It’s crazy what these guys do for their teams

If you're wondering for the canon, everytime the Colombus Blue Jackets scores in their home game the canon fires a shot.

I remember the first one VERY well. As a Penguins fan, I thought that was the team that could really do it. Then Gregory Campbell killed a penalty with a BROKEN FREAKIN LEG!!! That's when I knew that Boston was going to win that series.

Edit: The Flyer who got cut on the ab wall, Brayden Schenn, did score that winning goal in the third clip. Schenn also won the Stanley Cup with the St. Louis Blues in 2019.

"Aw Campbell get off brother get yourself a cuddle, a cup of tea, a blanket and some uh crisps." 😂

8:24 that "off the floor on the board" call is one of the most famous moments in the NHL. Unfortunately, the concussion he got from the hit was so bad that he doesn't remember anything from this game (game 6) or game 7 of the series. Very scary that it was that bad.

Fun Fact: Kariya doesn't remember the rest of that or the next two days after that Stevens hit. If it was the modern day they would've never let him back on the ice.

I don't know if you can react to it but watch the minidoc "Surfacing": https://youtu.be/ufb6Q-b-ZxI

"Coming into the room, I clipped my elbow..."

My brain: I hope you didn't hit anything else while you dove to the ground.

The Florida Panthers goalies marry go round was this: Starter Luongo gets a puck to the shoulder area, may be broken, leaves the game. Enter back up Montoya, and he twisted his knee. But had to stay in, no other G available. So, they decide to dress an ex-nhl goalie that was now a coach, but had not played in years (Rob Tallas).

Luongo came back from the hospital, put his gear back on, and went back in the net with the wonky shoulder that had a bump has big as a golf ball on it!

The one at 12:41 the commentators were explaining that even though he was hurt he crawled to the front of the net and tried to put his body in the shooting lane

The fact that an Irish soccer lover has so much respect for hockey makes me proud to be a Canadian! We are tough breed living thru -30 and blizzards 8 months of every year lol.
