Imagine going into target and telling a minimum wage employee they are indoctrinating kids. These people are seriously unhinged.

love how they can't pick a side between "rainbows are god's creation and not for those Gays to have" and "simply looking at a rainbow will indoctrinate children and make them GAY"

Going into a business and harassing minimum wage workers should come with a $500 fine and 60 days in prison.

I know we should be admonishing the obvious rainbow washing but "Live, Laugh, Lesbian" is the most genius piece of merchandise from any Pride catalog. Taking a cliché aphorism that every Midwestern Mom has in their bathroom and marketing it to 20-something progressives in New York is so funny and camp to me.

“If you support…the literal using of child mannequins in your displays” - yeah, because no clothing store has ever used child-size mannequins! The horror! 🤦‍♀️

Imagine going into a store with the intention to get triggered. Absolute snowflakes

imagine voluntarily waking up to go to Walmart and complain about something you don't have to buy

This country is INSANE, just the fact that so many people have the time to worry SO MUCH about such ridiculuos stuff is mind blowing and TERRIYFING.

gf works at target. She told me about a target trucker who was complaining about their pride clothing, and in the same hour he mentioned theyre 50+ years old and dating a 20 year old girl. These people arent real. They just want to hate even tho they are almost literally what they hate.

Imagine seeing a grown man walking around a store, rummaging and fondling through the kid's clothing section and crying. That's way more sus than any behavior these clowns are apparently worried about. My god dude.

it's really telling how demanding these people's lives are and how vital they are to the working class when they're harassing people and complaining to millions of followers about rainbow shirts while harassing target workers. I love how Republicans still try to bill themselves as workers.

Does anybody else miss the couple years queer folks weren't living rent free in str8 ppl's heads lmao

Just fucking IMAGINE being an employee & seeing this shit. Praying for them

I used to question why gay people need pride or anything related, but damn people are proving to me why pride or lgbtq+ events are needed (i.e. Just because it is not happening directly around you doesn't mean that there are not people struggling with issues). Like the minority of people are homosexual or on the spectrum which is isolating in itself without directly talking about relationships.

as someone who is employed at Target, i can say for a FACT that they did make changes because of the threats that were being received. i had to completely remerchandise an endcap in our dollar section that had pride stuff on it because it was all recalled. this is real people in my own store were receiving calls at the service desk and receiving threats and its absolutely sickening.

Man, as an ex (and probably future if inflation continues) Target employee, I really feel for their staff rn. A lot of the people I worked with there were really cool and a pleasure to be around, which is a rarity in the workplace. The thought of them having to deal with this many deranged hawgs and Karens gives me chills.

Conservatives getting mad about the results of the free market again. 😂

I was a southern Baptist kid in Florida. I had a normal childhood wasn’t ever exposed or around lgbt people, sex of any kind, and I wasn’t abused. By the age of 10 I knew I was “different” and by 11 I was already fantasizing about my male school friends. I definitely thought I was going to a lake of fire but I finally came out in 8th grade in my all white southern small town school. It set my heart free and I never felt happier.

i work at tagret and my boss was like super angry about all this shit. She pulled all of us in individually (like 70% of the people at my store are trans/queer including myself) and told us if we wanted to make a statement of discontent she could send it up the corporate ladder. it felt pretty lib but i appreciated the sentiment from her

Honestly love Austin's little spikes of rage in this, it's so genuine but he still manages to speak eloquently about it. Never seen that from him before
