I think I would have just bought a new P-J body and saved 50+ hours of work if it bothered me so much. But I respect what you've done.

I love your videos ! It's a really nice project. I haven't finish this one yet but I know you were hesitating about keeping the bass in its PJ-bass configuration or making it as close as possible to its original condition by just leaving it with the P-bass configuration. To me, you should leave it in a "standard P-bass" configuration.

Why didn’t you just go online, find a template, print it off then you’d have a copy of that horn.
