Packing Pokémon orders isn’t one-size-fits-all.

In this video, I walk through three shipping methods that cover almost every Pokémon card order I send out — from cheap bulk cards in a plain white envelope, to tracked bubble mailers, to shipping sealed product safely.

I’m showing a real night of packing orders from my Pokémon card business, breaking down:

I print the version tailored to window envelopes, itll come with the fold line on it so the address will always appear in the window.

Do toploaders make it non-machinable? Would a Card Saver 1 be better due to the flexibility for single card orders? I'm new to TCG selling, but have sold sports cards for quite a while now. Thanks for your videos. They are great!

I tried the windowed envelope, but the printing ink was KILLING me. Got a thermal printer and now it’s just .01 cents for a packing slip. Damn printer ink runs out after like 60-100 packing sheets, stupid normal printers!

How do you print your labels? I’m looking into starting to sell bulk on tcg and that’s the biggest thing that stumps me. Do you use just a regular printer with special labels? Does it require a special printer? Etc

How do you transition from using your home address to a P.O. Box? Is it as simple as just switching it on TCG player or is there more to do?

I just sent out my first orders today. I talked to the USPS worker, and after telling him what was inside my envelopes, he suggested to use a different stamp so that the letters wouldn't get bent from their system. I decided to change one of my envelopes to a non bendable. He said it would bend the envelope pretty good. have you ever had complaints from customers about the cards being bent?
