Day two of our Alaska adventure, and the caribou hunt is officially underway! We woke up ready to go, but first we made a stop at Tulip Lake, just north of the Brooks Range, where we caught some Arctic grayling and a lake trout.

From there we kept heading north along the Dalton Highway and the pipeline until we ran into our first herd of caribou, where my dad almost had a shot. A few miles later we started our five mile hike into the Alaskan tundra, and that's where we had an encounter with another hunter who drew back on us. It was a very dangerous situation, but we learned from it: you have to be careful of your surroundings while hunting, especially in high pressure environments.

Overall, it was a great start to the hunting part of the trip, and I can't wait to show you what's next.

Thanks for watching, and as always, keep exploring, NEVER STOP.
