"Spooky Baron isn't real, he can't hurt you!"

The humble Spooky Baron uploading on Halloween:

6:31 this was painful to see🥲

I love these videos.
Also, fun fact (that I know firsthand because I grew up in a desert!): the extreme heat during the day and the extreme cold at night is pretty accurate. The reason is because of the lack of water vapor in the air, which changes temperature more slowly than air does and acts as kind of a buffer. Without the sun, there's nothing to hold the heat, so the temperature drops; during the day, there's nothing to scatter the sunlight on its way to the surface of the earth, and it's much more intense. Desert trees and such tend to have very tiny, waxy leaves because the surface of leaves tend to expel water vapor, and the trees want to hang onto it as much as they can. That, combined with the lack of grass, means that rainfall is usually very quickly absorbed into the loose sand or evaporates without it being 'exhaled' by plant life like other biomes. As a result, most desert-dwelling peoples - especially before air conditioning - tended to build underground or in clay, because the materials are slow to change temperature. They stay cool longer from the night temperature, and they stay warm longer from the day temperature. Also, just because I'm yapping, most trees also don't have traditional bark like you might expect - some, like the palo verde (literally just means 'green stick' in spanish, they're completely lime green), have a waxy surface that's kind of like hard skin (ew lol) like cacti do, and others adopt a kind of shaggy outer layer of dead leaves to protect it from the sun (like joshua trees or natural/wild desert palm trees that haven't been trimmed.)

idk just giving some fun facts
