College students players should not be paid!!! Period! They get thousands of dollars worth of education. And ppl should NOT be making money from college sports. Not on betting sites/apps or paid packages, practically exploiting them for money.

Regarding the AI debate, unlike what the guys says that "we need a really big crisis" for people to get real about the dangers, it's not at all like that. JUST LIKE WITH THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY THAT HE MADE COMPARISONS WITH, the ONLY way for people to get real about any problem is, people need to die (aka, airplanes need to crash before anything gets done in the industry). So, NOTHING will happen with AI and this thing is going to spring loose like a pandemic out of control and it will only be taken seriously when people die.. and needs to be lots and lots of people dying. And most likely at that time, it will already be too late to really do anything about it. there is way too much money to be done with this, and as long as there's money involved, nothing else matters.. there will be no regulation, no brakes, no self-policing, absolutely no zilch. This will run out of control while a dozen people become richer and more powerful than anyone else before in humanity, till this whole thing comes crashing down on top of everyone else but them.

As I have said before and dont want to be confused with a crotchity old man, which is close to what I am, we need to slow ou4 roll on technology. The fact is that we are way out over our skis on tech. Everything is going paperless and has found that we are all vulnerable with our info. I have had my info compromised at least 4 times and none were my fault. If you let AI loose on us it will be the biggest security risk that we have ever faced. With the licence plate readers, we will be giving up our right to privacy, giving up our constitutional rights. Just think of asking some AI a question that requires the AI to hack the government to get the answer to your inquiry. I heard that has already been done. Folks we need to keep our info like from the Flock cameras, away from data centers and stop the unauthorized search and seizures. Who do you think will have access to those data centers. It wont be good because it has already been abused by cops to follow women and really stalk them. We have no say in what they are doing and that is a real shame. Big danger if we allow this to continue.
