Roy the "o" rings are for mounting motor in the pvc mount so you can hard nount the unit I thought i put mounting info in the box If you put some heat around the base to brake down the glue then the base will un screw sorry 😞 I thought I had packed it better, the switch only is for rotation if you flop + and - you can change rotation.........Be well and be safe💎💎

Can't wait to see the mintabie cut. The color bars look amazing. The tool looks very interesting. I wish I was that creative and talented.

What a wonderful gift. You'll have a lot of fun with it. Nice ring too. That opal is big enough to use as a boat anchor! Lol. 🤣

That ring is a beautiful souvenir of all the different opal types in Aussie. I would probably wear it on a chain or for a bloke, a thicker chain or a piece of black leather cord or macrame cord would look really nice if it matches or a little thinner than the thickness of the black space lines. It's an inspired use of small chips of opal and I could see the same concept for bracelets or bangles, as well. Very cool.

That is a glorious mintabie opal! I started working with mintabie recently, just small pieces for now. Really tough challenge. They can be magnificent when they face well. They usually don't. So frustrating especially when you can see flashes of color!

Awesome scores!!! I'm going to Gemstreet show this weekend. I'll scoop some Welo for ya again from Dave and send a few larger pieces this time. Just got done with 3 carves and the material is amazing. Check your box whenever for details, no rush. The Welo will take awhile to get to ya, even with my excellent luck shipping haha! I'll be sure to send em dry this time as well.
