Our house construction began in the winter of 2022.

We cut down the trees ourselves, milled the lumber, and built as much as we could with our own hands.

This time, we'd like to introduce Noji Mokuzai Kogyo, a sawmill in Kumano City, Mie Prefecture, that my husband, Bata, loves.

We used Noji Mokuzai Kogyo's lumber in many places during the construction of our house.

They strive to use as much of the wood produced at the sawmill as possible, and the lumber is made by people who truly understand wood.

We'll show you where and how the wood is milled, and where that lumber is used in our house.

This time, we'll introduce the sawmill along with the lumber we used in our house.
