A 58-year-old house purchased for 100,000 yen.

This property lacked a parking space, and the garden was a jungle overgrown with weeds.

So, this time, we removed the leaning block wall, old shed, tree roots, excavated soil, and dilapidated wooden deck!

Using a Kubota U-17 excavator, we excavated the garden, installed weed control sheets and RC-40 recycled crushed stone, transforming it into a parking space capable of accommodating three cars in tandem, or up to four depending on the car models and layout.

Furthermore, we installed drainage pipes using VU50 and α filters for the garden's drainage.

Lastly, we reused used polycarbonate corrugated sheets rescued from a demolition site to restore the terrace roof.

What's waste if thrown away, becomes a resource if utilized.

With a frugal mindset under the guise of a circular economy, we gave usable materials a second life.

Will the garden, once covered in weeds, truly be transformed into a parking space?
