This song was the hardest to get right. They wrote, rewrote, and demoed this song 57 different times. There is an inside joke about it in the movie. When Zoey is asked about healing Rumi's voice, she has 57 different ideas.

"Who the heck wrote this?"

EJAE, who is also Rumi's Singing Voice

"Fit check for my napalm era" 🗣 these bar is insane. This is cinema 👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌

That "Okay" in the middle rap section with the different inflection is genius and extremely hard to execute. I don’t think it gets enough recognition.

How prophetic...."whole world playin our sound"

Happy birthday, Alex! To answer your question, Ejae, the singing voice of character lead, Rumi, was one of three credited writers of this song.

Even if someone doesn’t like the movie I’m 100% sure that everyone can agree that the songs are amazing

7:14 my math says Ejae has now shown us 3 octaves with that D6 😂.  That’s 3  notes higher than Golden 🎶

When I started watching this movie I was a little skeptical, but when I heard the first song🤯 I was hooked!🤩

I know the high notes hits so hard but the last part the high notes from rumi........people doesn’t really noticed that high note but bruhhh......like damnnnn... THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO A KIDS MOVIEEEE😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️✨️

Man you are one of the few person who actually got excited during this verse 3:19 I really appriciate that cuz not everyone payed attention and enjoyed this part. It's actually my favourite part too <3

Huuu!! Happy Birthday to the most cheerful man!🎉🎉🎉 may you find much happiness

The fit check for my nepalm era gurl that slayedddddd thats my fav its absolute cinema

My god these voice actors and this sound and writing are just FIRE!!!!?

You said the word 라면 2:21 with correct Korean pronunciation! Nice touch.

I love how the movie takes place at the peak of Huntr/x's career so the plane getting trashed and falling out of the sky is a regular occurrence.

This song is so amazing, it's sad how overshadowed it is just because it's the first song 😔

4:23, you highlighting the "heels, nails, blade, mascara" bars helped me realize/vocalize something that I hadn't noticed before: the verses up until now are 4/4 but the chorus, beat drop, and these specific verse bars are in 2/2 (or maybe 8/8 and 4/4 respectively).

Happy birthday Alex. I love your vids 0:28

Bro these songs and movies are taking over the world of our minds?!!!?!?!
