The Priority wins. North has caste,religious and ethnic priority while south has economic, civic, and social priority.

North people don't even buy train tickets while travelling..

Yes all the indians I met here in west, Indians from Southern part have great personalities, humble, smart.

I have lots of respect to all South Indians. They are literate and educated people. Thank you

North fought for temple & Religion ,they got it .
South fought for education, healthcare & development they are getting it.

I m from gujrat. But believe in this. Southern indians are always country bound...and committed and peaceful people.

North Indians: HINDI HINDI HINDI. Meanwhile rest of India: More rooted and less baby producers. No Mughalai Hindi/Urdu superiority complex down South.

They value their traditions so much. They are disciplined, too.

They have a sense of inner pride.

I'm Singaporean and I remember learning about the government's investment in technology in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka many years ago in school, so I guess the efforts are paying off. We have a sizeable number of Singaporeans with Southern Indian roots, but recently I've observed a lot of workers from India coming from the Northern states like Uttarakhand, less so from Southern states, so this has been a pretty interesting documentary showing the push/pull factors and the difference in the developments of the two regions.

From Maharashtra I haveTraveled in south indian and north indian trains can say the public cleanliness in south trains is much greater than north trains also people in South indian trains were more disciplined and gentle than north indians

As a citizen of bihar border, The main problem in north is that they are still living in the dilemma of their glorious past.
I am not casteist but they are hugely. Even my parents are. Corruption has corroded it..

I'm an American with roots in Uttar Pradesh, and I've dealt with both South and North India extensively. The contrast is staggering. In the South, people are generally polite, respectful, secular, and open-minded about others' cultures and food habits. In the North, I've encountered far too much intolerance, disrespect, arrogance, and a disturbing lack of regard for diversity. The casteism is rampant even among their own communities and the attitude toward outsiders is often hostile and regressive. That’s why I’ve shifted my investments to the South. Sorry, North India you’ve failed to uphold basic human decency.

Fun fact: The central government has forced/threatened companies who were about to open new factories in the South to relocate into Gujarat specifically. If the original plans were followed by the MNC's the southern GDP would have been staggeringly more

South is More Peaceful than North , Peace brings Prosperity. Hence South Prospers.

I am of South Indian descent and never been to India. There are both North Indian and South Indian descendants where I live. See the same here too. South Indians are more humble, polite, respectful and care more about cleanliness and their environment.

The North-South difference is clearly visible in ISRO: most of the scientists come from South India, and to date, Satish Dhawan has been the only chairman from the North. It is South India that has largely shaped and driven India's space program

North votes for caste. South vote for development.
