come watch my twitch streams so i can have bigger numbers. bigger numbers means im better. https://www.twitch.tv/mud_flaps123
also i have 19 levels because of the nether advancement of travelling to every biome

This is just a gambling addiction disguised as an impossible Minecraft challenge lol

I got stuck on the netherroof of my hardcore world, tysm for this very easy and simple fix!

The irony in losing the run to falling off a ladder and then failing the ending by being caught by vines is great lmfao

Imagine you're that first Enderman. You teleport yourself to a barren wasteland while a being you've never seen before starts punching you nonstop while also blipping in and out of existence.

the facts that you died 35h into the challange and restarted nontheless is actually so impressive holy shit good work man

This guy finally gets to the over world and...
1. Spawns in a cave
2. Mines up into lava
3. Spawns really high up in the nether in glow stone
4. The portal has 0 eyes of ender
5. Gets into the end and spawns on a platform like 200 blacks away
Edit there is 6. The ender dragon does 5 backflips somehow
The hustle is real 😂

The irony of a ladder putting your first run to an early end AND interrupting your final death is hilarious

just doing some side quests don't mind me

Hey, you say at 13:32 that it's hard to realize how long it takes to do such challenges in real life. There's a German minecraft Youtuber who always has a timer running that shows how much time has passed since the start of the challenge. Maybe that would be something for you. The Youtuber's name is BastiGHG.

the winning seed sure was nasty, huh?
gets out of the nether - under the ocean
re-enters the nether - the portal spawns on glowstone with no other footholds nearby
makes it to the end - the spawn platform is as far from the main island as is reasonably possible

The fact that he didn’t realize endermen freeze if you look between their eyes despite crawling the wiki is hilarious.

Alt title: dancing around a fairy circle to summon creatures that will help me escape to another dimension

In case anyone was wondering why the enderman were congregating in one corner, their pathfinding always tries to go to the highest point nearvy them

Increasing tick speed you speed up the game, a strange mechanic is in Minecraft when you leave the game for a long time, all mobs will pathfind to the highest possible block. So whe. You tick warp you speed up this process, this is why the endermen like to congregate together in one corner, because they have the highest elevation. Really niche Minecraft fact

5:13 This is why you shouldn't only read these awful AI Overviews but actually click what's probably the first link.

it is 3:42 AM and I was not expecting to actually watch the entire video when I clicked on it. your relentlessness and patience have captivated me. you are a strange animal

Guys just because everyone seems to be asking the same two questions i want to answer it here
1. He is not getting hunger at the first because He is walking not running walking doesn't take your saturation(hunger) after the version 1.11 in java

And
2. He has xp at the start because in Minecraft Java achievements that are marked as "challenges" give XP as a reward when you achieve them, the specific achievement he gets is the one that you get when you go to every nether biome because yes biomes do exist on the nether roof, the achievement is called "Hot Tourist Destination" this is easily replicated if you want to try it in your own world.

26:35 For the future, the spawning mechanics in Minecraft heavily favour clumps of blocks over random spread out blocks. Every game tick the game tries to spawn mobs in every chunk, picking a random block within a chunk to be the center point, from there it chooses a random block vertically from the highest solid block, down to Y = -64, and sees if there's a spawnable block beneath that point. If there is, it checks to make sure there's enough room for the mob to spawn, and that it won't be damaged by whatever it's spawning on, and if all those conditions are met it spawns a mob. But when it's doing this, it tries to place 'packs' of mobs instead of individual mobs; the game randomly chooses a few locations in a radius from the initial block to try and spawn up to 4 additional mobs if they meet all the spawn requirements. The range it looks can be up to around 40 blocks away at most, but 99% of the attempts are within around 7 or 8 blocks. Placing your blocks in a group increases the number of mobs you get dramatically by giving a chance at multiple mobs spawning every time you get a successful spawn attempt. With a small platform like that the odds of the game actually picking your platform to spawn something is very, very low, so getting more mobs increases the numbers drastically more than the chance of random single blocks in other chunks getting chosen.

Also, for Soul Sand Valleys and the Warped Forest biomes in the nether they've got a unique spawning mechanic that limits the number of mobs that can exist in the biomes to well below the normal maximum hostile mobs. Every skeleton, ghast, or enderman in those biomes increases a variable called "charge" which, as it increases, decreases the chance of mobs spawning in Soul Sand Valleys and Warped Forests. The higher your "charge" is the less likely it is a mob will spawn. Endermen in the Warped Forest will contribute to the "charge" in the Soul Sand Valley too, so all the endermen spawns directly block skeleton spawns - meaning you want to make sure you're well away from warped forests if you're looking for skeletons to spawn!

Simulation Distance is a big one, too, that sets how far out chunks are loaded. If you crank it down low, it stops loading stuff outside that range - including mobs - and can't spawn mobs in chucks that aren't loaded. This typically decreases the rate mobs spawn at, because it still tries to spawn them in the unloaded chunks, then fails, but for this particular case, where mob spawns count towards "charge" and you've got a limited platform, turning it down low would probably help you get more mobs without having to despawn them by running 128 blocks away.

TLDR; Mobs spawn in groups, so blocks in a platform are much better than spread out. There's a very limited amount of mobs that can appear in Soul Sand Valleys and Warped Forests, and Endermen, Skeletons, and Ghasts all count towards that total limit, so try to make sure you're only spawning one of those three at a time. And Simulation Distance will unload mobs outside of it - removing them from the total number of hostile mobs loaded, and removing them from the specific Enderman, Skeleton, and Ghast cap.

I was going insane when you didn't just build your zombie piglin farm in netherwastes
