Bro you're entitled to your opinions, but wow, shocking rankings here.

Justice for the Parisian restaurant

Hard to believe that the modulars will be celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2027.

For me S tier would be: Detective's Office, Assembly Square, Tudor Corner, and Natural History Museum.

Crazy how market street is higher than Parisian restaurant..

Market street above Boutique hotel 💀

Your channel and ranking, but some of your picks are crazy. Cafe Corner and Palace Cinema in C tier below Bookshop and corner garage? Crazy.

I think you should make a sequel to this where you add the superhero modulars being the daily bugle, sanctum Santorum, avengers Tower, X mansion, and Arkham Asylum

I bought Town Hall used, built it, then sold it almost immediately as I thought it wasn’t worth the money and ugly. Assembly square, Museum, Boutique Hotel, and Bank are probably my favorite.

S- assembly, boutique, Parisian, police
A-bank, garage, diner, Tudor
B- town hall, jazz club, fire, detective
C- book shop, pet shop, palace, museum
D- green grocer, market st, cafe corner, grand emporium

Should only have a 3 tier ranking with most modulars in tier 1.

Good list, I have in my backlog a reworked Town Hall set that should be build soon, using nearly all PAB parts, That being said, you rank these against any other lego Building and even your D tier is going to beat a lot of them, Unless its something like the Old Fishing store or A Frame cabin. I think the modulars represent some of the best Lego has had to offer, so overall ranking every set ever they are all in B tier or above, but stacked against each other some of the older ones don't hold up as well.

Yay for the Market Street love. This was my first modular, and I have a pet theory that many who started collecting years later, especially post-Parisian Restaurant, just don't get that the earlier style was a little different. I might be wrong, but I also think Market Street is also very European and quite non-American in its architecture.

For me who collect all modular from day one and have all building. I won't compare first 3-4 modular interior to the modern modular building because of the improvement of the design/AFOL/bigger market. I love Cafe Corner and it will be my #1. Market Street is always in controversial that it should include in the line but I give a bit favor to this set as a early modular development even the exterior is not that pretty. D rank for me is Downtown diner. I just feel the design doesn't match and go along with other modular building.
