Great video editing!

Background music is so annoying...

As a modular collector since the first came out, I own all modular sets. I give a favor to the first couple sets that came out at the beginning of the modular line for the interior as I know of course the recent years the interior will be better. Cafe Corner is always my favorite as a legend modular. I also love the rest of modulars except Downtown dinner. The style of the building just didn’t go along with other. .

Ranking based on interior I think takes a lot of the conversation away.

Downtown Diner is always in the bottom rank for me. The design just doesn't go with the rest of modular buildings.

IMO Sanctum looks weird with the modulars. It seems to be smaller scaler

The music totally destroys your video since no one can actually hear what you are saying.

I absolutly agree with parisian restaurant, its the best! (I don't have it, but I really want it) I disagree with bookshop, It's my second favourite!

I like how everyone ranks the modulars differently, except poor Market Street always takes last. Personally, I find its build quite charming and It’s simplicity refreshing.

Great list. Here's mine (I don't include the Sanctum)
18. Market Street
17. Cafe Corner
16. Pet Shop
15. Downtown Diner
14. Grand Emporium
13. Jazz Club
12. Green Grocer
11. Palace Cinema
10. Brick Bank
9. Corner Garage
8. Bookshop
7. Fire Brigade
6. Boutique Hotel
5. Town Hall
4. Police Station
3. Parisian Restaurant
2. Detective's Office
1. Assembly Square

My personal top 5 would be café corner, fire brigade, assembly square, parisian restaurant, palace cinema. I don't really like the town hall, corner garage, bookshop and boutique hotel (because of the light nougat) but I like all of the other ones. I don't own any but I started parting out my most wanted one, the café corner. I got all the rare pieces, only replaced 2362b with 2362a, 4460a with 4460b and black turntables instead of grey ones for maximum fidelity and with the common pieces I still need to buy, it would have to cost me around 400€ instead of 800 at least.

Doing modular but leaving interiors blank n moc the outside to my vision wish we could buy interior blank sets for way cheaper

i 100% agree with your top 3, all of them are amazingly beautiful sets. and yeah market street is the worst

My first modular building was the cinema palace I’ve built it as a 12 years old and I felt like a king because it was an adult set 😂😂

ngl the parisian restaurant is easily #19 for me, ugly asf. the downtown diner also sucks IMO. the rest of the list is fair I would just move those two to 19th and 17th respectively

Very nice video. Good to hear someone else’s opinion on the modulars. Just one thing is bothering me: The music is way too loud. One wants to hear what you have to say.

I need the palace cinema and the town hall so badly.

Downtown diner is a travesty. I took mine apart because it clashes so much with all the others. Never again, LEGO!

Hi, the Boutique Hotel is not ranked ?

Great video! But I’m curious, what was your kids favorite building?
