"Yatai Teuchi Soba Kamomaru" is a hand-made soba stand-style kitchen car in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, which is rare even in Japan.

The owner, originally from Kyoto, has trained in French cuisine, as a chef, and traditional Japanese cuisine, and has traveled all over Japan to develop food products and volunteer. He was inspired by the charm of making soba noodles and decided to become a soba craftsman. He makes all the accessories used in his food stand and shop by hand, and is also trying his hand at growing vegetables.

We follow the owner, who is working hard every day to obtain a hunting license and open his own soba shop, as he prepares to open his shop, and the kitchen car, which attracts many customers every day looking for freshly made soba noodles that are hand-made before opening.
