Love the "avoided for" and "actual time" details. Puts into perspective that actually all these little tasks that we've procrastinating don't actually take up that much time.

The reality check at the end was actually really motivating 😅 so many random things that irritate me every day that I need to just go around and fix

remember that hubby's health is just as important as yours when trying to concieve!!! not only does appropriate diet and activity and sleep factor in, but newer studies have suggested things like alcohol should be abstained from as well. mice were recently studied for this, the females were clean and the males consumed alcohol, and a good portion of the babies were still born with signs of fetal alcohol.

everyone talks about our health because we carry baby, but his is just as important!

Just a caution to make sure you blur your WiFi info - it's showing during the postcard removal segment

Ok, PLEASE read this: IVE BEEN REMOVING GLUE RESIDUE FOR YEARS WITH mayonnaise. Just remove the label, paint the residue with mayo, leave it anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours on your counter, then remove it with a paper towel. I’ve never encountered a glue that won’t budge with this method. TRUST!!!

Actual time vs avoided time is hilarious.  I recently added an "age" calculation to everything on my to-do list and I have a 98 day (!) old item on there, so I totally relate.

The end was the best part of this video. Just hop on to the eternal cycle of tasks.

Doing work I procrastinate ❌
Watching people doing work they procrastinate ✅

I love that you showed the times you got stumped or blocked or delayed....because that's the tedium that can sabotage any motivation. I felt the admin torture in my bones 🤣

My sign to stop procrastinating 🙃

3:04 maybe you could write down the steps to do for cleaning on a sticky note and stick it to the side of the coffee machine so that it's always there when you need to do the task, without having to memorize it or search it up each time.
Orrr if you're a visual person and cannot write down instructions, you could print a QR code directing you to the video/link that shows u how to do the task

been following you for literally a decade! you were inactive for a bit and making content that didnt touch that well, but now i feel like you're way more in touch. really love this type of content too!

started watching this video last night and it activated a big cleaning frenzy, thank you! redecorated my living room, cleaned the apartment, decluttered several drawers & cabinets & my wardrobe, got a full bag of clothes ready to donate shortly!

I've been putting off repairing some of my jewelry and clothes for years and it literally took like 3 hours (waiting for the repair included). Was so satisfying to finally do it

What the! You procrastinate too?! I never felt better about myself 😭 thanks for being transparent and inspiring me to also resolve all my unfinished tasks I’ve procrastinated!

Write up a 3x5 card with instructions and put it in your coffee supplies area, or recipe cards/books or instruction manuals/ insurance stuff.

Kristineee, for sticky labeling, don't soak!. next time use hair dryer to heat the sticker up (like pretty hot) and the stickers will come out much easier, if it still have some glue residue, use cooking oil soaked with cotton balls to clean them!

🤍 i really want to see your daily routine or vlog. I’ve noticed your channel like 10 years ❤ i’m your big fan

I love your extra little insights and observations, like that avoiding a task can actually increase the scope of it, or that one task may open up other side quests. I feel like awareness of things like these can help with adjusting mindset and building effective systems!

Aw krist you're the sweetest. I'm so happy you posted! Like yay new krist video on a Sunday evening!🩷
