I think its funny that we get less stories with each video. Soon there won't even be a story, it'll just be Jacob and Emma rambling about something and at the end Jacob will go, "Oh, here's the first story," and then video ends.

If a THIRTY FUCKING EIGHT ROLL doesn't succeed, literally why the fuck are we rolling

Now, the first story seems all kinds of convoluted and honestly fake, but the idea of being convinced a guy you know is abusing his wife, both of which are in your friend group, and your way to get at him isn't reaching out to the wife, but to kill his dnd character, is hilarious in ways I can't even describe.

I hate how the word "gaslighting" has devolved into "lying". No, he didn't gaslight her into believing that, he lied to her about it.

If all failed kickstarters were secretly him, did Jacob scam himself with Grit and Glory?

if i'm understanding correctly, the timeline in the first story doesn't even work? she broke up with her boyfriend because she found out that he was gaslighting her (about OP being abusive), which is why she left the game. but she only thought to question her boyfriend BECAUSE of OP playing the bard character nicely, which he did FOR her "leaving the game" session. that would mean that she had already broken up with her boyfriend, but supposedly she broke up with him because of the gaslighting, which she didn't know about until she left the campaign. people love lying on reddit all the time anyways but OP didn't even keep their story free from plotholes

Jacob please, can we be level four already, it's been years at level 3

For a 38, I'd say the intended god sends a messenger to look at your weapon, give it a thumbs up, then slap a sticker with "[NAME OF GOD] APPROVED" on it and give it a level-appropriate bonus ability.

If you thought somebody was abusive why the hell would you play with them? And why would you just be slightly crappy to them in a game, that's just insane.

my players kicked an old lady into a cell in that waterdeep courthouse thinking she was a very strong wizard

Emma's segment had me rolling, and she's right. "I think he abuses his spouse, I'm gonna say nothing, and let their char die"

Remove the motorcycles?!? That's the most integral part!

I saw a screenshot of a tweet yesterday that was like "The reason we haven't come up with a slur for theater kids is because someone who is willing to pay $200,000 to learn how to pretend to be a cat licking milk off the floor is incapable of feeling shame."

pally is the rpg equivalent of wifey or hubby and you can't convince me otherwise

jokes on you jaccob, I own 3 lizards and want to play your lizard game.

A dialogue-free ad-read is a bold choice, I'll allow it.

I never tell a player "no" to anything they attempt. Ever.

Long story short, another player rolled a 50 and is the DM now

Awful day to be named Evan

I am almost positive Emma is manipulating us into believing she and Jacob are not twins.  Now hear me out.  Their mom got pregnant, but Emma split off early and just hung out in the womb chilling just to gaslight us years later.  Years from now, she's gonna profit off this plan.
