This time I ran from Kennedy Town to Ko Sai Wan, completing a Hong Kong Island version of "slaughtering frogs".

The so-called slaughtering of frogs is running from west to east, like slaughtering Hong Kong Island in half from the middle. The whole route is about 20 kilometers, not only flat roads, but also uphill sections, viewing spots, while being close to the city, relatively safe, is a quite representative Hong Kong Island long lesson / running route.

And this time Fiona decided to play with me in competition mode because she always told me not to wait for her, a pack of Gel for 30 minutes to see if she could catch up with me.

I brought the ISEY SKYR ON-THE-GO with me as a resupply on the way.
It is Icelandic yogurt Skyr, not regular yogurt, and is made with 3 to 4 times more milk than regular yogurt, so the protein content will be higher.
