A bit of a different kind of video today. I hope you enjoy it :) And I hope you have a great day!

“It’s easier to act your way into thinking differently, than it is to think your way into acting differently”
That hit hard ❤

you have brought back my love for youtube, genuinely such good positive content. My friend and i have been cutting down our screen time since we watched your video, and i have gotten back into working out just for the sack of being healthy and having fun. always looking forward to the next video!!

Your experience encapsulates NYC perfectly. You can meet so many nice people, see rats, have an anxiety attack, join a peloton class, and meet a celeb.

And you're just one of 8 million people living a similar life

5:43 realising your body was confusing excitement for anxiousness is such a superpower! <3

Dude i know this is really cliché, but it's really inspiring to see you actively naming your fears and overcoming them. On the same boat here, so thank you for sharing what it's like to be an actual human i guess? lol glad to see you enjoyed new york!!

I love your videos so much. They feel like what youtube used to be like. No advertisements. Not huge long videos. Just simple, positive and honestly inspiring. Thanks for doing what you do! You're doing great

2:06 "It's easier to act your way into thinking differently than it is to think your way into acting differently." Writing this for any kind soul to remind me of this any day in the future.

You're killing it and are definitely an inspiration for anyone who wants to turn a mundane life upside down and break out of their shell. Thank you for the content and helping with that push that a lot of us need.

5:24 omg I made the cut! Great meeting you in person!

That clip out of context 🤣so glad we met on your nyc journey :')

An absolute pleasure and an honorary New Yorker 🥹

Whenever I watch your videos, I'm reminded that the youtube recommendation system actually does its job at times. It recommended your channel to me in July, and there hasn't been a single video I found remotely uninteresting. I started thinking about why that is, and I believe it mostly comes down to your outlook and attitude. I consider you a genuinely wholesome youtuber because you don't shy away from the 'negative' feelings that are completely normal for a person to have, and you keep things real. Seeing you overcome your fears and anxieties genuinely makes me feel happy for you, and I have found a lot of teachable moments in your videos.
I'm really glad you had a wonderful month in NYC, even with the rough start. Also, I'm sure that everyone you met there was delighted to have spent time with you as well, you seem like a joy to be around

I know that I have social anxiety because I was anxious for you in the beginning of the video, but look at you doing all the things! It was a weird little exposure therapy just watching you do all this incredibly cool stuff. Proud of you from afar! Congrats on being such a cool human doing scary things and realizing theyre not so scary!

I love that you show the anxiety that you had initially being there. I definitely get that and love to see it on screen too! i love your videos

i seriously don’t think there’s a better youtuber

I literally started crying around the 10:45 mark hearing your story and reading his comment - that is SO special and so kind!
I'm so glad you had such a great experience meeting everyone!!
Sincerely, someone who's had a parasocial relationship with you for the past year or so 😅💗

New York has this way of making you aligned with what you really want, and give you the daring idea to just go for it

I loved every single second of this video. From nice in between shots, to pretty camera angles, to vulnerable moments. It's all beautiful and pure. Thank you for being you!!

Only makari can make me smile for 15 min straight without realizing it
