Ah the C64, my first home computer and my first experience of computer games. I got it for Christmas one year. My mum still tells the story of my dad setting it up on Christmas Eve in my room while half cut and while I slept soundly. Good times.

My grandad had a Commodore 64. I'll never forget playing ghostbusters at his house. He had a fabric cover he draped over the keyboard to protect it from dust.

In the UK, back in the day, there were ZX Spectrum kids and Commodore 64 kids, great rivalry and arguments over which was the best! I was a Spectrumite, but I will finally start playing my Commodore 64 games on my retro doodads!! Cheers Techdweeb, Passionately fun video as always. 👌👍😊

Coming from someone that basically knew nothing about the C64, this ought to be the first video people should view before unboxing the C64U.

I really appreciate the mention of the Commodore key and the RESTORE key. I haven't seen that mentioned before. (It is in the manual.)

Speaking of tortillas…

260g all purpose flour
160g warm water
65g olive oil
5g salt

Knead into dough, add flour if necessary because of stickyness. Rest dough for 15 minutes. Separate into palm sized balls. Roll/smash flat. Cook on low heat in pan about 60 seconds per side.
