I want to point out that the venue is donating some of the profits to the starlight foundation. Which is great - but doesn’t really negate the issue at hand of this meet and greet being too expensive for their young fans given the nature of their content.

$200 to meet these dealers?!? That would buy 1.5 Jason Paige autographs!

$200 to meet a dude that sells pokemon cards?…. That’s actually wild.

Born in 1992 and randomly finding out yesterday that the guy who sung the track of my entire childhood is scum was a real bummer gotta admit.

LOVE how no matter our differences in the hobby we can all come together and collectively agree Jason Paige is a garbage human being 😂

The thing about coop is that he's treated like the second coming for just being a kind man

According to a follow up by the gengar vendor, the manager or someone on Jasons team is attacking them through DMs and Jason's now threatening to not sing the theme song at a show if that vendor is at the same show as him.

Why are these kids running around in a card show without an adult? When I was their age I had to beg for snack money

Kira, you dont understand. He wanna be the very best, like no one ever was, to scam them is his real test, to take from em his cause. Hes just following his destiny.

“Making tradesss with Jason Paigeeee🎶” 🤣🤣🤣

Good lord, $200+ to meet people who are "nice"? God that's sad and pathetic.

Yeah I agree that by recording it has turned the “good deeds” into a business model. It is not really selfless anymore.

Performative kindness, where helping others is primarily driven by the desire for public praise or social clout, highlights a structural failure. It suggests that performative virtue is a substitute for systemic support, shifting focus from addressing the root causes of suffering to the branding of the person offering aid. Mr. Beast

Jason paige meet up is next to the dumpsters in the back.

I would pay 200 hot cheetos to meet Kyra

Are those guys charging 200 bucks for interactions going to be filming said interactions for content? It's like - "thanks for the 200. Here's a 6$ 'free' pack. Now look into that camera and show everyone how happy you are."

Hearing about Jason Paige solely because of events like these is making me both cry and laugh at the same time

I filmed myself giving this video a like. Now I need to find uplifting music to pair with it.

i go to conventions all the time, i meet celebrities and pay ridiculous amounts of money for signatures. meeting someone is almost never behind a pay wall... and prices for signatures rarely ever break the 100 dollar mark. so it being that much for a pokemon vendor is crazy.

Ive been gone from the pokemon community but Kyra always keep me updated, thank you!!
