Very neat job David. Enjoyed the ride along. Cheers Nobby

Looks good. Thanks for the video.

Nice and clean installation 😊

If your bike doesn't have water bottle mount holes to use for the battery, or you just want to add another battery, I have good success with "Topeak Versa Mounts" to mount my similar style but larger batteries.  I have rode almost 1000 miles so far with one strapped to the top of my top tube and it's held on through very rough off road riding, including jumps.  I use 4 mounts per battery.  I bought two kits that came without batteries, for 2WD, but I had to build the wheels myself.  Building the wheels wasn't bad at all, I had no experience and did them both myself first go.  I added more batteries for 4 in total at 52V.  The cheap little hub motors seem to be pretty awesome for the price.  I use dual controllers and two throttles though.  I am putting around 2500W total with the controllers that came with the kits.  I get about 1km per 25wh at full throttle no pedal assist, on road.  I love it.  I even built a camper I pull with it.  I used a 2010 Trek 3700 13" 26" wheels MTB I picked up basically never been used for $100 Canadian.

Superb, thanks :-)

Nice and thanks !

I had to file the inside of the pedal sensor for it to fit over the axle and lock into the bottom bracket.

The hand throttle can be used together with peddle assist but only up to 3.6 mph, great if you have to move the bike with a flat tyre.

Looks like a good bit of kit and a very nice presentation, the only thing I don’t like is that adjustable wrench.  :).

The assembly looks so fine. Do you also make torque arms / cable management boxes for selling purposes?

I converted an old Raleigh Pioneer Venture (circa 1990) which was a touring bike with drops now has flat bars, probably available used for about 80 quid tops, its a better faster and more practical bike than my 4000 pound Specialized Creo which is now sold. Great thing is all the parts for a Yose are available and inexpensive, the batteries are generic and available from loads of sources so you can buy a spare easily, I just cant see any advantages for a ready built E-bike, just convert the one you already have, and you will always be able to fix it yourself for not much money. PS my Raleigh has V brakes not discs and they work just fine, so you can convert pretty much any bike, loads of quality older bikes around for not much money, it rides great unassisted too

does that hub-motor have a sprag clutch to freewheel or is it capable of regenerating charge even if the motor controller does not

That's a very comprehensive installation kit for that price. I like your junction box design, very neat. Is the supplied torque arm just a generic type?

i was expecting it to be running on steam.
how the times have moved on for you  :)

Thanks for the excellentconversion video.  I have the same shifters as you and wish to retain them.  Did you use the switches from the supplied levers or did you get the magnetic ones that Yose suggested?

Ciao, scusa per il disturbo, io ho una mtb con ruote da 29 sai per caso se c'è la disponibilità.?grazie

What is your bottom dollar discounted price?

what's the outro song?

Is it safe? I'm worried about battery safety.

Where are you
