I flew back to Puglia, Italy to visit a €39,000 countryside house near Ceglie Messapica and find out if it really looked like the online listing. This is an honest property review showing what €39,000 can actually buy you in Italy. 🇮🇹
Originally listed at €45,000, this affordable Puglia home was one of the properties I selected during my search through the Itria Valley. After seeing the photos online, I wanted to discover what the house was really like in person.
So I packed my bags, flew to Italy, rented a car in Bari, and drove into the Puglian countryside to see this property for myself.
In this video, I share my honest first impressions:
🏡 Does the house really look like the photos?
🔎 What is the condition like in real life?
🌿 What are the positives and compromises?
💶 Is this €39,000 house in Puglia actually worth considering?
🇮🇹 Could I imagine building a life here?
The property has:
🌿 Around 4,000 sqm of land
🌿 Olive trees and countryside surroundings
🌿 A house in good condition with no major renovation work needed
🌿 A peaceful location near Ceglie Messapica
I also explore Ceglie Messapica, one of the beautiful towns in the Itria Valley and visit the local weekly market.
This is not a staged property tour. This is a real house viewing, showing the things I like, the things I would consider carefully, and my honest opinion after seeing the property in person.
Would you choose this €39,000 countryside house in Puglia, Italy, or would you keep looking?
