WOW!! It is very well priced! STUNNING. I live on a beach property in Australia and our properties are over double this one. THIS house is so beautiful and the land is perfect! I would rip that kitchen wall down and open it all up. Beautiful regardless.

It is wonderful how this property is immersed in nature—I would say it is perfect for those seeking privacy and a carefree lifestyle.

Great job showing the estate. I always wonder with these older homes if they have city water, vs well water. When I lived in Italy (Gaeta) as a child, I had the best year of my life. But now it seems so many visitors have changed the country, even Tuscany. This home is more remote, so that is a real plus for anyone wanting a simpler life. Cost seems fine, but would have to see details on a home that is 250 years old. I appreciate the honesty in your review.

Looks good but old, will need plenty of maintenance. Look at the wood, decay need urgent care. The roof need another cleaning, replacing, checking for leaks etc. The inside from Kitchen and Living rooms are small considering the cost of this property. Based on location, add another minus as you are probably living far from cities. Thanks for showing, you look professional but you cannot sell a cat and call it a dog! Good luck

OK so the outside is lovely , the inside a bit characterless, Kitchen weak, white road and nothing around in this area. solar panels? under 600k imo

Overall, the property is neither particularly impressive nor disappointing. However, the interior lacks character and originality, while the spaces feel somewhat small. The remote location is another drawback, as the surrounding area and accessibility are not ideal. Taking these factors into account, I believe a price of around €500,000 would be more realistic and better reflect the property’s current value.

Take a breath and not so hectic. Those ants have to be destroyed. We've lived with fire ants near our property and the make new colonies every year.
And by the way. The maximum days allowed to stay in the EU for "outsiders" is a total of 90 days in any 180 days.
