Nearly 50 years ago. I just can't believe it. ❤

I'm really enjoying these games from the 70's. The reds were my fave back then. Keep up the good work!

Cesar Geronimo best center fielder I've ever seen. Also underrated.

love marty and joe

I lived in Charleston, SC in those days and was 12 years old.  No Reds affiliated station, of course.  At night under certain conditions I could just barely pick up the Cincy radio station, mostly static but just enough to track the game.

The sound is perfect. And the stylings of the caller echo vin scully.  Very nice. 2025 and still in love with baseball! Thank you

Best channel on youtube!

Brennaman's work here is comparable to Al Michaels' work in 1972 NLCS game 5, though there is a bit less drama here since the Reds were just trying to sweep the Phillies. But two fantastic calls to be sure.

So I slowed it down.  At .75,  Marty sounds a little bit like if John Wayne was high on pot…   😁

2:06:00 Garner throws one pitch, gets the loss.

Marty Brennaman (PBP) & Joe Nuxhall (C) 1-2/5-6/8-9
Nuxhall (PBP) 3-4/7

a video would be nice

Umpires (Game 3)

sounds sped up...way too fast.
