Your apartment is SO nice - it has a lot of character.  Makes you wonder who lived there over the years - a lot of history.  You've decorated beautifully - you put a lot of throught into everything.  Love it!

The apartment looks amazing! So festive and cozy for Fall ❤🍁

Seeing this apartment for the first time on this home tour took me back over fifty years.  Our personal physician practiced from an apartment just like this one.  I always wondered what a beautiful space like his would look like if it were a residential space instead of an office.  Now, I have actually seen it.  Sarah, you have done an exceptional job of maximizing the space in your rooms and making everything feel and look like a home.  You have matched everything so beautifully.  You have kept everything very simple and yet so elegant.  The artwork you have over your bed was the highlight of the home tour for me.  I hope that you and your husband get to live there a long time!  Bravo!

Even after all this time I am still amazed how beautiful and cosy and big your apartment is. On top of that you get all that light and a view of the trees. Swoon 🥰 You were very fortunate to find this place! Yay to another year 😊😘

I absolutely love the way you have decorated your cozy apartment!  And the trees from the windows are just so pretty and makes it abit more private for you too...I always look forward to your channel and all of your content too...you mentioned and showed your piano...I majored in music at college also and play the piano!  you have a great week!!

Love your apartment tours! Looking forward to your Christmas decoration tour.

The light is beautiful, you’ve done a great job

Such a cozy apartment, both the inside with its architectural details and how you’ve decorated and the view towards the courtyard filled with trees! If I could make a teeny, Mom-like suggestion, you might think about a tailored comforter for your guest bed. It would make the room seem like an extension of your living space when you’re not entertaining and still function well for sleeping when you are. I reward myself on Sunday mornings, after finishing my walk, with an extra cup of hot tea and your delightful video.

The windows over the courtyard are so lovely. Do you happen to have a link to the kitchen flooring?

Anything in that cup or is it just for looks
