私も中学、高校の時本気で舞妓はん目指してた。親や親戚総出で反対されて、親元離れて行く訳だから今となったらその気持ちもわかる(´･･`)

「仕込みさん」というのは髪の毛が十分に伸びる前なので芸妓さんと同様に洋髪ではあるものの幼さが有り、着物も肩上げをしてるから芸妓さんとは容易に区別がつきますね:-)ただ、現代の一般的な10代の娘さんと違って帯が名古屋帯で、お太鼓だから、かわいらしさの中にも「花街の女性」としての気概などが感じられますね:-)
