A beige color drape would make the window coverings go through the winter, because they wouldn't be dedicated to Christmas colors. 😊

You could put Mason jars in the canning holders with clothes pins in one maybe some spools of thread in another and use one for something else laundry related

The chicken napkin rings would look good painted gold and hung off a peg rack with Christmas napkins.

The rooster napkin rings would make adorable Christmas tree ornaments!

Imo, i’d get the darker tan in background of fabric. I love that your room is so bright/sunny and i think the dark green or burgundy would drown that out and unless you line curtains the darker colors will stand out for exterior view.  It was great to see the girls helping you. So sweet. Special times.

Julie, I AM A DIE HARD LONGABERGER GIRL!  I am so glad you picked that sweet tattered "L" basket up and are willing to give it a home and a purpose to live on!  The name of that basket is small button. You CAN drape a doily or a tea cloth over the damaged side and still style it how you wish. My heart is so full that it is in good hands such as yours. Can't wait to see how you decorate with it. Good seeing your beautiful girls too. You are so lucky they are willing to give you 1 day a week to do tasks for you. Im jealous. Your girls did a fine organization of the cabinet.
You could make the 3 chicken napkin rings into 3 French hens for christmas. Drill a tiny hole in their backs, drive an islet hook into the hole, use ornament hooks to hang them up. About the valances, which ever you choose, green or burgundy drape for under them, a cream tie back could be incorporated into the window treatment. It would look very rich and reagal for Christmas. Clock; perhaps the 3 French hens could be displayed in the cloche? Any way you decide for these items will look wonderful, you have the touch. Thanks for the wonderful video and all your hard work. It was great to see your 2 older daughters again. It’s nice that you have them to help you. I used to be the one to help my momma do things like this. We had good times, great memories that I cherish now that she’s gone(8 yrs ago on this date she passed). I miss her so very much. I don’t have any daughters, just a son, and it’s a different kind of relationship.
That one figure that you found was paper mache. I don’t think they do that anymore.
I have an extra bedroom where I store my extra stuff. I swap things out too! 😊

I like the green for the curtains.  I believe it will give a cozy comfortable feeling for friends and especially family.

I would go with a   cream colored  panel under  your  patterned  valences.  Two  straight  panels going nearly to the  floor. Use a heavier  weight  of fabric.

Your three little napkin rings: My suggestion is make them over. The red feathers you could paint the darker red you like (or to match the valance) the blue paint ot the dark green. Then you could nest them somewhere and have Three French Hens!  Just a thought.

I think the jar holders would be nice with a canning jar inside. You can dump change in one as you empty clothes pockets before washing. Maybe pens rescued in the other. Also maybe nice with a blameless candle. Yes i see the Christmas  ornamenf in the  valances  as well!

Y'all have inspired me to get to work on my Pantry. I have 32, yes 32 Cabinets in my kitchen (3 are for the Island) so we don't use the actual Pantry. It's the size of a small bathroom and it's been a collect all over the years. We have decided to clean it all out and ORGANIZE it and use it to store keepsake/decor/specialty items that I don't want to store in the garage. I have been seriouslyyyyyy procrastinating doing this... You gave me the inspiration to get to it and get this done. Thank you so kindly!
