a nice day always means a nice delivery — and this week Amazon really treated me well. They scheduled offers for the whole week ahead, all of them 3.5‑hour blocks for £66, which is already a great start.
When I arrived at the Amazon warehouse, I was a bit late and had trouble with my internet. I had to switch to Amazon’s free Wi‑Fi, and that caused a delay because I had to wait for someone to set it up for me. Once the issue was sorted, I scanned the QR code and found out I was being sent to beautiful Armagh City, only 18–20 minutes from Portadown. That instantly made me happy — the closer the destination, the shorter the delivery.
Right away I knew this was one of my lucky days. A 3.5‑hour block, a short drive, and a big number of parcels usually means the delivery itself will be quick. And that’s exactly what happened: Amazon hired me for 3.5 hours, but I finished the whole delivery in just 58 minutes.
🚗 Route I Drove
a27 Mahon Rd → a27 Armagh Rd → a3 Armagh Rd → a3 Dobbin Rd → a3 Portadown Rd → Durmadd Rd → Victoria St → Gaol Square → Barrack St → Friary Rd → Irish St → Keady Rd → destination.
All the drops were in one area — calm neighbourhoods, beautiful properties, and friendly communities. One property amazed me: the neighbour had a big stable, and I noticed their horses while passing by. It felt like a small dream moment for me because I’ve always wanted to learn horse riding.
Eventually, I finished the whole delivery in 58 minutes, exactly as I expected. My wife was shocked when I came home so early with £66 earned in just one hour, especially since she thought I’d be out for at least 3 hours.
