I needed structure without being too rigid, and Manifest the Divine by Elena River gave me that. The prompts were deep but also made it fun and personal. Something shifted after that. Now I have the kind of peace and stability I used to only dream about.

Spencer was a heavy drinker but not an alcoholic as with alcoholism you can’t just have a few beers, it sets a craving off in us that we cannot control, I hope people who have alcoholism and think that a few drinks will be ok, it certainly won’t be!
I am 25 yrs sober ( thank God🙏🏻) but that’s down to a 12 step recovery programme which I still attend one day at a time. I have a life today and have everything and everybody I lost back in my life.
I’ve come from being a homeless bum to a trusted member of society and will go to any lengths to protect my sobriety it’s too precious to lose over a poxy drink🤗❤️

It’s weird how just writing a few pages each day can unlock so much clarity. Manifest the Divine by Elena River helped me get out of autopilot and into actual intention. I’ve been manifesting small wins weekly since I started, including a better-paying side gig.

It was so interesting to see Spencer less guarded and more free than he has been before in interviews. There is a fearlessness in him that is unlocking before our eyes and it’s exciting to watch. Davina is so good at being herself, she gives permission to others to be more of themselves. This was an inspiring conversation. Now to work on the next better version of me! Much love

I think because I've followed Spencer's journey in depth over the last couple of years and been up to date with 7 in 7 the start of this conversation for me was slow to get going but then it was as if everyone involved, participant and viewer, relaxed. By the end I was feeling like it was just getting going and I could have happily watched another hour. I love Davina and I love Spencer, in the end this conversation was always going to deliver, two brilliant people. Big Love xx. ❤

I followed Spennys amazing journey with the iron man challenges across the world. Well done for bringing funds through donations to help curb the distastrous mental health crisis of young men. Don't know why Davina felt the need to complete with him about stuff she's done, very unnecessary shes over the top. The greeting at the beginning was creepy.

It’s incredible to think some of us are born into so much privilege, we have to manufacture our own challenges to find out what if we can handle adversity. Incredible. I don’t mean that to minimise the achievements. I just find it interesting

Empathy does not necessarily disappear after trauma, but it can be significantly impacted, resulting in either a decrease (numbing/disconnection) or even an increase (hyper-empathy), often as a survival mechanism. A defense against further pain...makes total sense
