Unbelievable!  It had been years, I still would think about the project, but I didn't want to bother you.  I honestly didn't think we would be getting another update on it.  Very glad to see it!

18 rotary joints, wow, just wow. I'd recommend taking a good long look at IGUS plastic bearing/bushing offerings, might solve a lot of problems.
I'm slowly working on a tilting delta, and it will only have 8 rotary joints, all same ones.

Make the front wheels a coulple inches taller then the rear. That would make it more stable. A person could build a powered vehicle, with front hub motors. The shorter rear wheel would tilt, in stead of the front, and have no linkage. A person could still pedal into a, dynamo that charges a battery pack, for an e bike idea, or have a little 4 stoke engine as a range extender, for a hybrid electric vehicle. Im just thinking that the engineering would be easier, less parts, lighter in weight, to only have one wheel tilt, but it has that linkage to deal with.

I have looked into this design quite a bit. Things that need to be taken into account.
1) the pivot points of the spindle need to fall in the centerline of the tire.
2) the top pivot should be in the centerline of the bike.
3) the width of the front track will dictate what lean angle related to the circle that you are traveling in. The tire on the inside needs to lean more than the tire on the outside.
In theory you will have 3 lean angles in a turn. Inside center or rear and outside. In order to have this work properly the lower control arms need to be mounted outside the center line, as this will cause an angularity change and in effect narrowing the track width at the bottom of the tires. The steering will need to be at the top because it is fixed width wise. The other thing to keep in mind is rake and trail or spindle inclination angle and axle centerline in relation to the point that the spindle is inline ahead of the contact patch on the tire. Most bikes fall onto 20°-30° rake angle and 2"-6" of trail. In order to have the tires in line with the pivot points you would almost need to weld 2 rims together with the tire on the inside rim and the spokes on the outside rim. The other thing to take into consideration is Ackerman angle on the steering arms. I'm not sure which way is better, straight line or angled towards the centerline of the rear wheel. All these thoughts are theoretical and have been put to paper but have not gone as far as you have by building a prototype.
