Well I’ll be tuning in at 4 PM to check out WKRP

WOW great find!!! Never seen this upload anywhere, the Jets first ever game at Giants Stadium/NJ Meadowlands after moving out of Shea Stadium in  1983.

The Jets’ Meadowlands debut

I WAS AT THIS GAME.

wow...this brings back the memories. thanks for uploading.

David Woodley, what a precipitous fall.

Keith Jackson is the greatest of all time sportscasters, announcers, whatever title you want to give it he is the all-time greatest of them all, and even though he did a little time with Monday night football, Frank Gifford is the undisputed champion, the all-time best play-by-play man that Monday night football ever had in its entire existence.

Louis Lipps must have had to endure so many sinking ships jokes

2:52 Coach Chalk Nuts in Seattle..😂😂😂 thanks so much for posting these. I love these old broadcasts

The 84 Steelers were a hell of a team.

Cant believe Meredith and Frank still there...next year was the change with Al then later Dan D

What the hell was up with Gary Anderson in this game?

The 84 steelers had a great run beating the raiders on the road giving the 49ers there only lost beating a heavy favorite Broncos the afc west was a stack division that yr as well

Mark Sanchez was the best quarterback the Jets had since Joe Willie.

Steelers dynasty long gone. Did not remember Woodley playing for Steelers

Back when 20 year olds looked 25, 30 year olds looked 48, and 60 year olds looked... 60. Something about the fashion of the late 80's and early 80's, I guess...

To bad the Steelers couldn't have taken advantage of Wedgie Thompson's height and/or himself used better it his height to have been a bigger contributor in his Steeler's career.

I miss Shea already.

The Jets official first full season at the Meadowlands after moving from famed Shea Stadium, where they played for 20 years. Jets did play a couple of games in 1977 at the 2nd season of Giants Stadium before. I do hope the Jets eventually return to New York City in a stadium of their own in the next 10 years.

Don Meredith making fun of concussions.  Wouldn't fly these days
