This is the kind of music I listen to at 3 am. Currently going through a 5 year break up, this playlist actually made me dance. So thank you, for this. I needed something to vibe too. ๐

TO everyone who is doing homework, leave the chat, breathe slowly, take a sip of water, and focus.
To everyone who is trying to sleep, leave the chat, grab a blanket, and get the rest you deserve.
To everyone who is feeling sad, grab a snack, get some water, get a blanket, and write down your thoughts. When you're done, lay down, and get some rest, no matter the time.
To everyone who is creating, you got this. Your art is amazing. Remain in your flow and get stuff done!
-Not mine, but pass it around babes <33

Hmph. for those who are broken. Those who are suffering from trauma, may it be a death of someone youve loved. Or a break up or divorce from your love because something happened. If your going through your own state or depression. Know that some people are going through the same thing.
For those who are still a bit young and have been treated wrong by their parents, there are better options than death, if you were like me, and you were the silent kid no one liked, im sorry that your going through that, but as long as you hold on and take your stand, youll find a way out, if youve never found a girlfriend/boyfriend, then in my own opinion and as a favor to help, it will help you more than youd think to find someone who really cares for you, having someone to hold or have hold you, its not a promise but it might help.
For those who have been cheated on, i know its hard, and i know how you might feel, sad, angry, or you just cant find a way to express yourself enymore and just sit in your room with a blank stare, ive been that way before, it might feel refreshing or horrible to not do enything, but if you havnt given up on life yet, then theres still a chance you can turn it around, yes it can be hard yes you might want to give up, but as long as you believe in yourself then youll make it.
But i havnt been through everything, so sadly i cant give everyone some help, and im a network ghost so i usually dont get online, but if you see this, find some place that dosnt have this and put it on that platform so that others like you can see it and maybe they'll turn their life around too.
Im saying all this because ive been through a bit but not alot, if you dont want to hear my rant about my life then you can stop reading this comment here.
My father was abusive, he drank beer, did drugs, and smoked, hes now in jail and might go to prison soon. My papa, (not my real one because he died before i was born) he was like my father, he was everything to me, the doctors couldn't do enything without either killing him or putting him in pain for the rest of his life, so when they gave him the option, he took the option to lay there and die. I wasnt allowed to go to the hospital or enything and see him. My nana didnt want me to see him with all thise tubes in him. When he passed i was devastated. Before he died and was still uo and around my crush became my girlfriend for a day, it was a prank, her friends laughed at me and everything. That gave me trust issues and though i still loved her i never dated enyone else after that for about 3 years, my papa died about 1 and a half year later. With my cat dying soon after, i fell almost completely, depression was overcoming me, i lay emotionless in my bed unless someone needed me, where i would put on a fake face and smile. I almost killed myself 4 times i believe. And then after a year of online school i went back to regular school, where i seen alot of known faces, and i seen my "ex girlfriend". I didnt know it at the time but she was suffering from depression too, after the prank with me she felt bad and when i left she cried every night. To overcome her depression she got with someone who she thought liked her but only wanted her for her body, when i came back i changed my name from my middle name to my first and because of how much my face changed she didnt recognize me at first. After a year of stalking me (i noticed it after half a year) she started opening up to me. My first instinct was 'this is some kind of prank again' so i didnt trust her at all. But after her friend decided to take it into his hands to get us together, i found out she really loved me, and that the "prank" was because she wasnt ready for a relationship yet. We've been together for more than a year now and though school and home keeps us on edge and stressed out we love eachother. But because of how my lifes been, im kinda crazy, i hear two voices in my head from time to time, I smile at the sight of an animal dead or being killed, and after a while i started killing insects myself, always torturing them while their alive, and after a bit I started thinking of killing real people, and that always led to killing my girlfriend. Nightmares especially show the gore and violence of their death. She dosnt know but i cry every night from panic attacks. Not to mention i did cut my sisters arm once and gave her a scar, i mean she did crack my skull when i was 3 so i guess she deserves it. So yes i might not be mentality stable but as you can see im still alive and here trying to help others even with my own difficulties. And even though i have some voices in my head they help me organize problems and help. Im crazy and might be a psychopathic murderer in the future and have ran out of things to say so bye bye hoped this helped!

To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
โข A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate๐ง
โข Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time๐
โข Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone๐ง
โข a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.โ
โข Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.โจ
โขAnything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy ๐
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. ๐
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight ๐ด๐งธ
I hand wrote this my god it took a long time is it possible if you pin his
