There are so many elephants and a very few elephant care takers.  The elephant shelter should also think about the way care takers are feeding the milk to the elephants.  They are not holding the bottles properly and also they should stand on a little higher platform so elephants can drink the milk properly.  A lot of milk is spilling over on the floor and the elephants do not look satisfied.  One of the care takers seems to be shoving away the elephants.
