I was at this game with my roommate from just outside of Cleveland. (I'm a Pats fan) When the Pats were down 26-14, he said "you guys are gonna win this game, I guarantee it". Naturally we said "no way, we'd need to score, recover an onside kick, then score again". He said "trust me. The Browns WILL fuck this up."

We got a small insight into what it's like being a Browns fan that day. Poor guy.

The crazy thing about this memory is this was before Brady went on to win another 4 SBs

That’s the way it was for years when it involved the Patriots. If you didn’t have a 20 point lead on them with under a minute left, it probably wasn’t over.

I watched this game live, and here I am getting stressed out watching it again on YouTube when I already know the outcome. 😂😂😂

What's crazy is ive been 30 year pats fans. Only 2 onside kicks i remember I was at both games. Doug flutie drop kick game and this one. Both games I figured game over let's beat traffic and missed the kicks.

Amendola was wide open on the out route on 1st td

Went to this game for my birthday with my dad. (Pats fan born and raised) He wanted to leave after the Jordan Cameron TD put them up 26-14, but so many other people were leaving, so I suggested we just move down a level and see out the rest of the game. Best decision I ever made haha

I love how this clip comes up when both teams play against each other this Sunday.

As a lifelong Browns fan, and I still love this team after all the pain I promise you, the second Edelman caught that TD I knew it was over. We’ve seen the end to this movie as many times as we’ve seen the sun come up in the morning

64 seconds unedited 18 minute video love American Football

Good times. Think what you want about Belichick but there was never any team more prepared for every possibility than his teams. It's nice that we have something good to look forward to again. But nothing will match that dominance.

That whole sunday was insane. Lions-Eagles snow game, Dolphins-Steelers snow game, this game, Vikings-Ravens insane scoring in the last 2 minutes, Packers-Falcons snow game, Seahawks-49ers in a defensive war.

Jules got killed on that TD

No other team could be up two possessions with a minute left, allow a TD, allow an onside kick, allow another TD to go down by one, get into FG range with one second left, and miss the FG to lose the game. The level of embarrassment this franchise continually achieves is unprecedented in all of human history

Honestly that last drive by the Browns was impressive

CBS pulled Don Criqui out of retirement for this one as the scheduled announcer was caught in a snowstorm

Steve Tasker on commentary HATES the Patriots lol

As soon as I heard Billy Cundiff was their kicker, I knew we were going to be fine.

Crazy to think that nearly all of the NFL kickers now have the leg power for a kick that far.

The first ever Patriots game I watched was Super Bowl XXXVI.  What a time to be a Patriots fan.
