Seeing Drew come in to save the season and get the Patriots to the Super Bowl made that season complete! He helped Tom through the season with his experience instead of being a distraction over losing his position. I remember he was pissed at first but let go of it quickly. Bledsoe definitely earned that ring! Thank goodness he was there to step in for Brady in that AFC title game!!!

This era of NFL Films was just so freaking good. I'd forgotten about the 9/11 tribute at the end. Still hits 25 years later.

If The 2025 Patriots had won Superbowl 60, I think people would be discussing a lot of great comparisons between them and this 2001 Patriots team.

I lost a friend on the plane from Boston. Tough times after 9/11. The Pats season soothed the wounds.

I remember John Madden saying the Patriots were making a big mistake trying to get into field goal range with only a minute and some change left, how they should run out the clock and go to overtime.

He changed his tune quickly. 😊
