I like how Justin says it's very "Johnny Marr-esque" when it's actually Johnny Marr on the track. Well done.

I’ve been obsessed with this song since it came out. Just something about it.

The riff was actually Johnny Marr, he's on the guitar throughout the track

I love Justin's insane musical knowledge, so nerdy yet massively satisfying to listen to him talk about

Noel's hairline for a man in his mid 50s is insane

I love you spotted Johnny Marr without realising it - great ear! Keep doing these great videos.

Noel was a formula rock star with Oasis. But it was a formula he invented, the Oasis sound. A small part of the reason why he's not bothered with a reunion. Been their, done that. Now he is free to do what he wants. So he does. And its still great. Man is a genius, as many have said before.

The music theory explanations in your reviews are definitely more accessible at my level than the on on Rick Beato's channel. Tahnk you and keep it up :)

addicted to this channel , narrated by a person with a great sense of humour and he talks about music , great combination 🙂 I have friends who used to talk about "the Darkness" , they saw them so many times at the minor festivals early 2000's

I was watching my favourite show QI and according to some research into musical taste,  it emerges that when we reach a certain point in our lives we tend to prefer listening to the music we loved in our youth. It then follows that new music is overlooked in favour of whatever we rocked out to during our formative years. Watching your channel Justin enables me to explore great new and also new old music I wasn’t previously aware of. Thank you from my heart for expanding my musical horizons. Many congrats on your imminent achievement of having attracted 300,000 subscribers. You deserve it. Love your passion for sharing your viewpoint on an eclectic range of music 💛😊

Ballad of the Mighty I is one of my favorite songs of Noel’s. One of the best songs of the last 10years. Great stuff

nice review. ta.

Never got to see Oasis live but saw Noel twice and he was amazing both times, even with his scissors player 😂

Classic Justin love it when you break down and explain new music in a way that bridges the gap between enthusiast and musician

E7/G# one of my favourite things to do in a minor key. Love the channel Justin!

Also hearing a bit of The Cure in here - I feel oddly disappointed with Justin’s reaction would love a second look when he’s less distracted

Waiting for the Pixar lamp behind you to turn to camera.
PS Attended The Darkness show in Brisbane a few weeks ago.  Bloody hell; it was wonderful.  Thank you so much, Justin.  Thank you. xo

Very cool to see you doing the vid with your Les Paul. Sounds like....Joy. Cheers!

Justin and Noel collab would be a dream come true. Plus, ecstatic about the electric intro/outro
