We listened and we know we overpaid for one of these bottles. What is one bottle you overpaid for but don't regret picking it up?

Interesting to see Riley's coverage as a good place to get a giant variety of bourbon. They are pretty much the campus liqour store for UW Madison being located so close to many off campus (non-dorm, they are actually very close to campus) apartments AND being incredibly close to state street which is pretty much the hub for college student night life. You would think they'd exclusively stock cheap seltzers and beer. Regardless, I have good memories with them, companies would set up tables giving out free samples to (of age) students and I (being more into cocktails and finer drinking) was able to get good inexpensive whiskeys like Rittenhouse rye.

Thank you for giving Dancing Goat some flowers. They make some really good juice. Cheers

Redwood Empire Col. Armstrong Wheated is 42.95 here in NC. Bought 3 and they are delicious.

Appreciate you showing the World Whisky for us single malt & ASM lovers!

These two stores are insane! It’s slim pickings in Okla. these days and with this video I think a road trip might be in order.

Chris, you said it right! Bunnahabhain! I’m not a scotch guy, but I like their juice

Here in MO, Redwood Empire Colonel Armstrong can be found for $45. It’s a great pour especially for the price.

Mahens pricing is a bit high. That Early times has been at Riley’s for years.

Another enjoyable video! You really should hit Barrels on Bridge in Cedarburg WI, 400 open bottles to "try before you buy" and look for the NEW barrel picks from Driftless Glen and Dancing Goat plus a Virginia Distilling Co single malt (coming in) on top of their incredible variety. Also, allocated bottles simply get hidden, find it -buy it!.

Ouch that redwood is only supposed to be $35. It’s very good at that price. If you like the Screaming Titan, it’s basically a slightly less complex version for 1/2 the price

I feel like such a newbie. This is my area and I’ve been to every store. But I’ve never been to Mahen’s in Oregon and when I went to Riley’s a few times, that sign made me think the upstairs was closed. Didn’t know I could just ask to move the sign. 😂

Nice stores. I picked up 2 bottles of Redwood Empire The Colonel Armstrong Wheated for $33 each at Binny’s. They also had Elijah Craig BP 525 and 925 for $34.99. I prefer the Bomberger’s 2026 over the Shenk’s. 🥃
