To whom ever is watching this video, this man and this exact video changed my life! God bless this man for helping improving men’s lives

I recently recompped my body in less than a year, 32% body fat to 15, and everything that you're saying is completely true. My life changed when I got to 15% body fat. I get a compliment nearly every single day. And one of the major things that I thought was, when I was overweight, no one told me the truth. No one told me that 30% body fat would make you invisible. No one told me that people overlook you and underestimate you when you have that high of a body fat. And when that changes, people compliment you. So basically what I'm saying is, a lot of people might find your advice shocking, but this is actually million dollars worth of game because in today's "PC" world, it's taboo to tell someone that they're out of shape. It's taboo to tell them that the bigger you are or the more body fat you have, the more women and people underestimate you. And they won't tell, no one will tell you the truth, even the closest person in your life. So for anyone reading this, it might seem bold what he's saying, but you will not find anyone on this planet that will keep it real like this. I promise you that.

Huncho's approach makes total sense to me and I believe it would work.
I started my fitness journey JAN 2026.  I was always kinda skinny-fat vs hard-gainer type, mostly a runner, did weights for years too, but was too busy to really go all-in with full time college + working 3 part time jobs, or intense grad school, or then working 80+ hours a week again for some more years and NEVER got nearly enough protein.  Then got in fair shape once work schedule got more humane, but still not much muscle...then the knee arthritis and prior ACL tears started to catch up with me...Ortho said 97% of my both knees' cartilage is now gone :(...  Can't run at all anymore...got skinny fat, sleep got screwed up, tired all the time, grumpy, all kinds of pains starting up.
I thought "fuck this" and got serious about tryna figure this shit out....54yo 170lb 6ft 2in Samsung watch says ~16% BF, resting HR ~60.
I'm only 3 months in and I'm pretty ampedbecause it's f'ing working!  Finally!
--Feeling better / "wellness"
--Longevity / minimize "visceral fat"
--More muscle.
--Visible abs...first time in my life I have ~4 1/2 pack ;)
--Not wasting time...60-90min/day max.
--Not wasting money...but willing to spend what i gotta spend.
WHAT'S WORKING FOR ME:
LIFTING:
Got a Mikolo cable machine + weights for it ~$500 new on Amazon & Walmart...didn't take long to get tired of waiting in line for machines at my cheap gym LOL.
Barbell.
Adjustable dumbells up to 50lb ea.
Bench.
Pull up bar.
Weighted vest.
...with all that I can do most workouts at home.
$9/mo gym membership for better leg day machines.
CARDIO:
HIIT on the (knee-friendly) Gym elliptical ~25min 3 days/wk.
NEAT zone 1 treadmill 60-90min 4 days/wk (home).
Zone 2 treadmill 30min 4 days/wk  (home).
SAUNA:
Gym sauna 20min 3 days/wk.
SLEEP:
9p-6a is the goal...getting better as I get in better shape.
DIET:
No alcohol.
Only caffeine is in my green tea.
Several key supplements ~$100/yr total.
Soy protein with added leucine (LOTS)
Egg whites.
Nonfat greek yogurt (LOTS)
Whole oats.
Limited rice, bread.
Fish/chicken  (LOTS)
Fruits/veggies.
SCHEDULE
6a-noon:
Fasting & hydrating 3L+ & green tea while working at 1mph NEAT treadmill (can still keyboard, talk to people). ~1mph allows me to work.
Before 1st meal: 30min zone 2 treadmill.
Noon-2pm timeframe first meal high protein & lift (PPL days).
Noon-8p, eat 3-4 times, LOADING UP on the protein 1g+/lb body weight.
If you want (even) more details, hit me up!
So I'm doing both fat loss AND muscle gain (it CAN be done), but slight focus towards fat loss first few months, then switch focus to more muscle gain.
REQUIRES: GOOD SLEEP, the lifting, the cardio, the diet...especially the protein & "clean", no alcohol, and the DEDICATION and CONSISTENCY - if i'm being a pussy i find a Goggins short and then suck it the fuk up ;)
