Here is a highly condensed summary of the 90-day fat loss system with actionable tips:

1. Diet & Macros
The Calc: Calories = Weight × 10 (sedentary) or 11 (active). Split calories into 40% Protein, 35% Carbs, 25% Fat.

Tip: Input targets manually into tracking apps (MyFitnessPal or Macro Factor); auto-settings are often incorrect.

Tip: Stick to 3–4 whole-food meals a day. Avoid protein shakes (liquid calories don't satisfy hunger) and commercial fast food like Chipotle (hidden cooking oils).

2. Weight Training
The Split: Lift 4–5 days a week. Hit every muscle group for 10–20 total sets per week.

Tip: Take every set to true failure. Lift in the 6–15 rep range using a 3-second slow negative to maximize muscle growth and save your joints.

Tip: Start with your heaviest weight on set 1 after warming up. Lower the weight on later sets as you fatigue (Reverse Pyramid).

3. Cardio & Troubleshooting
The Cardio: Do 25 minutes of steady cardio (incline treadmill or elliptical) right after lifting. Keep heart rate around 130–140 BPM.

Tip: Drink 1 gallon of water daily and sleep well. If fat loss stalls for a week despite good sleep/hydration, lower daily carbs by 30–50g and add 5–10 mins of cardio.

Tip: Once daily carbs drop under 100g, introduce one high-carb day per week (2x–3x your low-day carbs) to spike your metabolism and reset fat burning.

Great video cheers for the free info glad it wasn’t a sales pitch good luck too ya

The long negative is a gamechanger. I figured that out. I can't lift as heavy, but it feels much better because it forces me to focus on the form and keeps my muscles struggling for longer.

This is what I’ve been looking for. Thanks Huncho.

you can eat less and not be hungry because of insulin sensitivity over extended periods of well timed eating and walking. i only eat 2 times a day, im 110.9 pounds  5'5".i dont really get that hungry yet im pretty skinny and muscular , not much subcutaneous fat on belly, and i literally eat like every 12 hours as much as i can fill my belly with pretty much. the body adapts to this by means of insulin sensitivity(the food i eat is absorbed more efficienctly and slowly that i stay full much longer). now of course im working out every other day full body, daily morning walks(30-45min 8 incline 3mph before each of my meals, 10 min after the meals, its a whole fkin ritual thing i do, havent even mentioned it all) and whenever im eating its good quality food you know, shit like 3 eggs a day (cooked with coconut oil but sometimes extra virgin olive oil, i just like the coconut oil better  because its super slippery), sugar free vanilla greek yogurt with strawberries blueberries granola, chicken patties/any chicken cut up with slice of "land-o-lakes" cheese and sugar free sauce in carb balance whole wheat wraps. i eat this shit every day and im making progress without even counting anything bro. i used to track with Cal AI then i just stopped doing it on my 2 meals a day because it was just annoying counting and tracking everything i ate everyday. belly fat is SOOOO much about walking consistently because it physically changes your hormones if you keep consistent with it. i know you mentioned walking on treadmill but i will add that i do my treadmill time before i workout and its working just fine for me. if anything because i do it before the meals before my workout the calories burned during the cardio is targeted towards the belly fat more because there is no energy stores for the muscles to pull from so they must use the stored fat for energy. the whole point of the 10 min walk after i eat is that the muscles while under activity will pull more from your bloodstream and it will reduce your blood sugar levels after the meals by considerable percentages. you can do walk or weirdly, calf raises in a chair has been scientifically proven to do the same effect after meals(nice for office workers or something i guess).
