Saint Denis vs Blackwater?
Butcher Creek vs Tumbleweed?
Heck vs Bill?

The real answer is Tahiti

Id just chill in Strawberry

js remember, if u get sick in armadillo or tumbleweed, you have to travel 2 states over to valentine for a doctor

I dig Strawberry. There's just something cozy about a small mountain village like that, even if the mayor is an annoying blowhard.

Valentine was always my favorite.

It acted as my Arthur’s “vacation spot,” and I’d just give him a day of zero murder. Zero fights. Just pure, uninterrupted peace with baths, food, and drinking.

“At least in Annesburg you could save up enough money to leave.”

Oh you sweet summer child… you don’t know about company scrip, do you?

One thing you forgot to mention about Lagras is that DO NOT GO OUT OF TOWN AT NIGHT

Blackwater is the only town that’s truly S-tier tbh. it’s got such a bright future ahead. booming port with easy boat access to Saint Denis via Iron Lake (the only safe way to get to the biggest city), and one of the only proper police departments (the rest just have sheriffs lol). tons of new development, economy’s growing fast, and the nature around it is unreal (open steppe, forests, clean water everywhere). no pollution, no restrictions. best place to live hands down imo

I’d stay in valentine, knew a girl from valentine, she used to drink that fancy wine..

I wouldn’t mind living in Valentine. Simple, hardworking folk, with a saloon and great hunting territory

Strawberry is one of the biggest missed opportunities in Red Dead 2. I would ABSOLUTELY, gladly spend as much time there as I can. I love the forest vibe of Big Valley, partnered with the nearby stable, and the in-town hotel, general store, butcher, paperboy, post office, stagecoach, and sheriff's office. If only Rockstar had opened the doctor's office, or even added a saloon. That's the ONE thing Strawberry is missing: a place to eat/drink. I get that the mayor is a supporter of the Temperance Movement, but I would've loved to see a secret speakeasy under, say, the Tracker Hotel. Or even just a restaurant that doesn't sell drinks in general, maybe. However, I understand that Rockstar's efforts weren't centred on this small logging town, and I understand that. Thank god for modding.

8:30 annesburg is a company town though, they only pay in company currency which is only legal tender at the company store and the local economy is rigged to keep you permenantly in debt (thats how company towns worked historically) so, there is no "saving up to leave town" as you're not getting paid in real money.

blackwater. no questions asked, it's the biggest town apart from the disease-ridden, swamp dwelling st denis and even then I will THOROUGHLY miss the internet

Saint Denis if you're rich.  Valentine if you're not.

I bet when it really rains in Strawberry it sounds amazing next to the River that flows through the town.

Definitely Strawberry. The small settlement, the stream right through the town, the cool weather, it just feels cozy.

I'm from South of Brazil (State of Paraná), and I can assure you thats it's so similar to Rhodes in geography and nature! That's why it's one of  my favorites in the game. Lot of  red/orange soil around here, and the type of houses in the small towns are the same!

idk but caliga hall is also a very chill place if you just ignore the guards and this place can lead you to rhodes and even can go to saint denis

either strawberry or valentine because both towns seem like the places where everyone knows eachother
