It’s amazing how anyone could believe they are saving the environment by installing crap that forces you to run at wide open throttle when if it wasn’t there you could run at half throttle. The stupidity runs deep in congress.

I smiled when you took the claw hammer to the DPF grid, get that crap outta there! 50% of the work I did as a Diesel Tech revolved around DEF, DPF, SCR systems and they are absolutely a money grab at every stop along the way. Dont even get me started on the junkies when they figure out those filters are worth good money.

Just watched the Home Pros youtube channel. He had exactly the same issues. He sent the ecu off, cost him 2k for the delete, and program. Fixed it.

That was a catalytic converter material in a 1978 Ford we just knocked them out an they became a straight pipe an I'd remove any and all of it as it breaks down and or plugs up the exhaust pipes! Kubota engineering gotta love it, Dirt Perfects favorite to work on.

You saved and extended the life of that tractor and engine by a huge factor.
The BS emissions systems cost me 3 engines. And those were all engines that were very well cared for and very meticulously maintained! The nastiness those systems create inside the engine and intercooler is ridiculous. The law was put into place to make a group of people and politicians lots of money and was designed to reduce or eliminate diesel engines altogether.

For a tl12 3500 you can do the entire delete with the computer re programming , egr block off plate , strait pipe and you can bump it up 20hp ,

Have a 2022, Caterpillar 299 D3 XE had it deleted runs great!! I know the ECU unit was sent out and a couple of other things we’re done, but mine was like 5200 the whole motor had to be removed. Also more horsepower.
