My favorite notification!!! love you Syd 🩷

Not “have to wake up” , but “get to wake up”

Waking up at 5am (if you don't have to for work, school, or prayer) is overkill, I don't know why people do it.
6am or 7am is good enough for me if I wanna be eeextra productive in my day lol

EDIT: I notice a lot of influencers doing this "waking up at 5am trend", which I don't think they need to be waking up that early to be productive, that's all.

this gave me a 2019 flashback omg.

I love waking up at 5am, the quietness of the morning is amazing. Going to bed early as well. I don’t care if I get called “grandma”, my skin looks good, I feel good, and I sleep good. Worth it 100 times over

I really like you talking about how people have to wake up at 5am for their jobs and you kinda just shed light on that because for your job you don't have to but you still understand peoples perspectives and I really value that in influencers nowadays but your vlogs are so fun to watch.

during exam season, i wake up at 4-5 am to get some additional study done.. for fun.. idk i feel crazy but its worth it i guess haha

The hard part is waking up, after that mornings are so so beautiful and such a great experience!!!!!

It’s cute seeing people living my everyday routine as a challenge. I mean, I don’t blame you if I didn’t have to wake up for work, I’d sleep till 9 or 10 am 😂

0:42 the music choice is literally perfect

I have a simple money-saving idea: instead of spending the same amount on Dunkin every day, keep that money for yourself and learn how to make your favorite coffee at home instead of buying it every day.

In my opinion, one of the simplest and smartest ways to save money is to reduce the cost of a habit rather than giving up the habit itself.

You‘re sitting at Dunkin’s at 6:30?? In Germany not a single mall would be open before 10am

I hate the fact that so many people think waking up at 5 am equals being more productive during the rest of the day. It´s not true at all. Don´t punish yourself by waking up so early.

Hey Sydneyy
Think of the afternoon dip as a programmed "maintenance window" rather than an error ahhaha Your body experiences a natural drop in core temperature and a rapid increase in sleep pressure as adenosine builds up in your brain. Taking a 20-minute nap works with this biology by "clearing the cache" and flushing out those sleep-inducing chemicals, whereas fighting it with caffeine just masks the exhaustion. By leaning into the rest, you reset your focus and cardiovascular system, allowing your brain to function at full capacity for the rest of the day instead of dragging through it feeling "numb ".

Prophet Muhammad used to actually nap after "zhuhr" prayer which is prayed at noon. The nap was called a "Qaylulah". U can look it up!

Me watching this at 5:22 am

I’ve been waking up at five since early 2025 actually it’s way more peaceful and productive I just get a lot of stuff done and I always just come up with new things to do every morning so I feel more motivated to wake up plus Im so glad we are going to get Minnesota vlogs 🙉🙉

"For Muslims, waking up early isn’t just a habit…
It’s a purpose.
Fajr prayer, then a peaceful and productive start to the day 🙏"

5 am is diabolical, it took me so long to adjust to waking up at 7 am for work bc I need my coffee in the morning since I stay up late

My body likes waking up early, but my mind hates it. 😅 I usually wake up at 5:30 or 6:00 a.m

10:10 I was celebrating turning seventeen while you were working toward your goal. It’s crazy how people can be doing such different things at the same time!!
