With the rise of the Activan gangs, also to the fact many of these women are robbing men at the hotel, sometimes with male accomplices or hotel staff this is besides the pickpocket scams, why would anyone pick up women from here, or go shopping for bargain prices, the rise of the Activan gangs in the Philippines especially in Manila has become worldwide news, so only a desperate person would take the chance, the good news is the reputation of these gangs is putting themselves out of business because less people are less willing to visit even to the famous sites because of the rise of the Activan gangs.
