Its not a bald and bankrupt video without bald sponsoring the local alcoholics

The kid helping him get change and handing out everyone the food was the highlight for me, love how kind they are

For an area like this, its absolutely amazing how friendly the people are and how safe it seems

Originally called Hapilan (meaning "dump site"), residents renamed it Happy Land to reflect a positive spirit despite harsh living conditions near a massive landfill in Tondo.

Calling the Filipino ladies “babushkas” is probably one of the greatest things in this video.

These are the bald and bankrupt videos everybody wants 😄

The way The kid at 9:12 just casually passes by and daps you up like he runs that neighborhood 😂

The slums in the PH are on another level. They are very communal, and it's amazing how friendly and supportive they are over their familial and neighborly ties. I've walked through these on four different islands, and I have to say that the people of the Philippines are the most resilient, hard-working, and honest people I've ever met in my life. Their government is extremely corrupt though and take advantage of their citizens every voting cycle. The ladyboy restaurant at the end is a nice touch. Lol.

Holy shit. The kids calling him "Johnny Sins" is hilarious

I'm from the Philippines, specifically from the south of Metro Manila, on the "richer" side of things. Every time I see videos like this I can't help but feel a sense of privilege (about my situation) and sadness for how most of my fellow Filipinos live. Our culture is built on warmth and hospitality, but sadly, such things get abused by bad governments and manipulative leaders.

I hope one day every single Filipino gets a good chance at life, because God knows the world needs more of this kindness.

One thing that's really striking is how people aren't just friendly, they're genuinely open. They don't fear a complete stranger approaching them, and there's no assumption that something bad or nasty will happen. It's like their minds are pure, not tainted by the dirt and negativity you often see elsewhere. It's refreshing to see that level of trust and warmth.

And yet most of them speak english...amazing.  God bless them..

Notice how Bald wasn’t even disgusted in a dilapidated Filipino slum as he was in a major cities in India😂

They don't beg. They are friendly. They open their doors for outsiders. They drink. They seem happy. Great people!

The Filipinos deserve better, I’ve never met such loving, jolly people

9:11 I love the random kid that casually daps you up haha!

"you look Johnny Sins" 🤣🤣🤣

For non-Filipinos, the guy in 15:36 lost his hand because of a firecracker

Compare this to the nonstop begging in other slums. These people have pride.
