The pantry is ALWAYS the right choice! This is my favorite model. What a lovely home they have!

Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful new home!

I was looking forward to seeing the pantry. 😢

Another beautiful home! Congratulations to the new owners 🎉 Thanks for sharing !

That is a beautiful home! Congrats and thanks for sharing!

We are moving into the gray house across the street. We had 3 days in the design center. Day 1, picking out things. Day 2, went around to spec homes with our realtor to see the choices we made in a home, which caused me to change a lot of things. Day 3, back to design center to rethink and redesign and sign final papers. After signing and paying a deposit it is a $500 change order fee for any changes. We were pleased with the process but felt there were not enough choices on some things.  Too late for a pre move tour for us but enjoyed seeing and learning a little bit about our new neighbors and seeing our home in the background of the opening shots. Thanks. I tell friends who want to know more about The Villages to watch your videos.

Love to see when pool and it’s furnished great video

Lovely ! Thanks so much !

Lovely home.  thanks for sharing

I like that look, it gives it a farmhouse look but does not appear out of place with the other homes.

Hi Rusty! Another beautiful home! Congratulations to the new homeowners from New York—I hope they enjoy every minute of living in The Villages. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into your videos. I always enjoy watching them!

I wanted to see the pantry. So many homes don't have them. It's a gorgeous home! Congratulations! Thanks Rusty on a great home tour.

Thanks.Rusty!  My husband and I love watching these.and it's helping us decide what we want when we move down.

I love the undercabinet lighting on the island

Thanks to the homeowners for sharing!

Love the board and batten. That's going to be a lovely home all furnished!!

Hey Rusty, maybe you could go back and film their home once they get all their furniture. If they don't mind.

Really liked how you showed the screenshot of the floor plan at the beginning!!

I was waiting for the pantry! Absolutely beautiful house.

I really love the curb appeal of this home! I hope they will invite us back when they get the pool in.
