Join me for some golden-hour birdwatching!

I was filming the birds in the garden and surrounding fields when, right at the end, I spotted something very special our resident spotted flycatcher.

What an exciting surprise and definitely the highlight of the evening. If you enjoy birdwatching, British Birds and wildlife, I hope you enjoy this video.

Thanks for watching, and don't forget to subscribe for more birding wildlife videos!.

Music credits at the end of the video.

Really enjoyed the video! You popped up on my YouTube recommended feed for the first time since I started my own wildlife photography channel last year. I'm suddenly seeing lots of amateur wildlife photography channels pop up that I've not seen before instead of all the big channels which is superb. Hopefully the algorithm is pushing mine too lol Anyway, subscribed to support your channel and to enjoy some more enthusiastic content. I'm originally from the UK but moved to Virginia in the US back in 2003. Took up Wildlife Photography during covid times after years of watching channels on here and then last year took the plunge, filming at my favourite local location.
All the best!

👍Lovely video. Hummingbird Hawkmoths sound like tiny little helicopters when they pass close by. I love that you included info on your camera settings. On the subject of slo-mo, please don't fall into the trap of so many wildlife videographers and filmmakers: they over-use it to an annoying degree. Even the wonderful Hamza Yassin, who I greatly admire, can be guilty of this - the species footage in his "African Birds Of Prey" programme on Sunday was mostly slo-mo, with far too little being at natural speed. I strongly believe footage should be shown at natural speed first, and only then repeat it in slo-mo if warranted. OK, rant over! Keep up the good work! 👍🤓👍
