"We will regrade your upgrade to a downgrade" is an amazing sentence.

Listen, this is still a classic in 2024 😂😂 " i dont want to pay for it"

"I call you back in 18 months"

LOL brilliant

ive just noticed the number of babies in the pram goes up by one every time lol

The absolute terror in the call centre worker's face when she asks to speak to the manager 🤣🤣🤣🤣

"I'm not paying £42 for a phone".
"But its only for the first month, then the second month is £92" 🤣🤣

I love how the amount of kids grows the longer the call goes on 😆

I love that bit, "Oh piss off!"

They had me at free ringdings!

Still waiting for my free ring ding!

NOT GONNA LIE THAT FREE RING DING IS FIRE!!

This is like reporting a technical problem with Virgin Media

Why not...?? You get free ring ding!! LMao 😂🤣

That ring ding slaps hard AF tho…🔥💯

I also love that the bus drives off at the end.

18 free texts and a couple of ring dings😂

When the manager came on I was waiting for him to say "you get free ring ding" n then it happened n it was everything I could have hoped for

I never noticed how there are literal clones of him in the background HAHAH

3:04 She nearly said ""But I'm quite happy with my current dealings""

£122.50 a month for the first month hahahaha
