You are a KWEEN, Sharon. You normalise periods to the point where I used to be SO afraid, now I’m so, so much less sensitive and weirded out about even talking about periods!! You’ve also taught me so much. You’re the mother (APART FROM MY OWN OFC) I never knew I needed. Ily!! 👋😙

i have NEVER let me tell u NEVER EVER felt so secure about my period when i didn't knew sharon's channel and when i saw it i was so much more secure about it, i started talking about it with my bsf cus atm she didn't had her period and it was easier for me to ask for period items like pads and all SO TYSM SHARON ILYSM<3

One period hack that i use is wearing skorts specifically skorts not a skirt not shorts just a skort and when you sit down put the skirt part away from where you’re sitting and it really helps with leaking because the skirt hides any stains on the shorts just trust

i know it might sound weird but you're actually supposed to use mouthwash before you brush. mouthwash does exactly what it sounds like, it'll remove all the protective chemicals that your toothpaste leaves. that includes fluoride!
